Rachel Smith is Executive Assistant to Ed, and plays a pivotal role across Grafton Capital’s operations.
Rachel brings strong organisational and operational skills to her role, honed during her previous experience as an executive assistant and, before that, working in recruitment. Rachel is process-orientated and has a keen interest in how AI can be leveraged to improve efficiency and output. She enjoys continuously learning and collaborating with the Grafton Capital team.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travel and teaches yoga, and has recently taken up padel.
